Know Your Fare Conditions

Passengers should review the applicable seat and ticket conditions before making their travel arrangements. Fare conditions include the number of seats available at the given price, ticket changes, no-show conditions and applicable charges.

Seats Available at the Given Price

Each aircraft will allow:

The given price applies for  up to 15 seats on each aircraft.

For more than 15 seats, the normal rate will apply.

Ticket Issue & No-Show Conditions

Once the ticket is issued or in the event of a Passenger NO-SHOW, the ticket will not be applicable for refund.

Only date change shall be allowed at a fee of:

• 50% of the Fare
• The date change is non-reroutable and non-transferrable.
• No Name Change
• Passenger name changes are not permitted.

Changing Your Travel Date

Date change is permitted under the following conditions:

• Date change within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time is subject to a USD 15 fee.
• Date change beyond 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time is permitted free of charge.

The applicable date change conditions are subject to seat availability.

Please Review Before Travel

Once a ticket is issued or a passenger is recorded as a NO-SHOW, it is not applicable for refund. Date changes are permitted according to the applicable conditions and charges.

Tickets are:

Non-reroutable
Non-transferrable
No name change permitted

Group Leader & Staff Discounts

Discounted tickets for group leaders and staff will be considered upon request.
