Baggage Policy
As these flights are operated using regional aircraft, baggage storage capacity is limited. Passengers are kindly requested to follow the baggage guidelines below to ensure safe operations and a comfortable journey for everyone.
Total Baggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed a total baggage allowance of 25 kg (55 lbs).

Excess or Additional Luggage
If you need to travel with more luggage than the standard allowance, the following options are available.
Option 1: Purchase an Extra Seat
- Passengers may purchase an additional seat for extra baggage. This allows:
- Up to 35 kg (77 lbs) of additional luggage
Charged at the full seat fare - Extra seats must be booked in advance through our reservations team.
Option 2: Pay Excess Baggage Fee

Charter Flight
For charter flights, additional baggage may be accepted when the aircraft is not operating at full capacity. Acceptance remains at the Captain’s discretion and depends on available space, aircraft limitations, weight, balance, and safety requirements.
Assistive Devices
Passengers travelling with mobility aids or assistive devices may carry them free of charge. Examples include: Wheelchairs, Canes, Walkers, Crutches, Foldable prams or strollers. Assistive devices must be: Collapsible, Foldable, and easy to store onboard.
Medical equipment
Passengers travelling with medical equipment should inform the airline in advance and provide details of the device. This allows the team to confirm safe carriage, storage requirements, battery restrictions, and any necessary arrangements before departure.
